These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online platform (the “Platform”) operated by MW – Market Winners ApS [CVR no. 46337832] (“MW”, “we” or “us”).
The Platform provides data-driven sports betting forecasts and educational content including free podcasts, blogs, newsletters and a paid subscription service with additional content.
By accessing or using the Platform, signing up for our free or paid subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are 18+ years old and all content on the Platform and in our services is targeted towards adults. By creating an account or signing up for our free subscription, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we suspect you do not meet this age requirement.
a.disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is an information service only. We do not offer any gambling or betting services, and we are not a gambling operator. We do not take wagers or pay out winnings.
All betting activities you choose to engage in occur on third-party betting platforms are entirely outside our service. MW is not affiliated with any betting or gambling companies (affiliate partnerships) and does not receive commissions from any bets you place.
The Platform provides betting forecasts generated by mathematical models and human analysis.
All information, predictions, and recommendations are provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes only, with no guarantee of correctness or of any particular outcome.
Betting by nature involves chance and uncertainty, and while our forecasts aim to be insightful, they may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not promise that following our tips will result in winnings or success. You acknowledge that any reliance on the forecasts is at your own risk.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial or investment advice. The content is not tailored to your personal circumstances. If you gamble based on our content, you do so at your own discretion.
We encourage responsible betting and recommend you do not wager more than you can afford to lose. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please seek help (e.g., through Denmark’s StopSpillet helpline or similar services).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MW disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Platform and its content. This includes any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We specifically do not warrant that the content – AI or human generated - is free of errors or that it will meet your expectations.
b.services offered
You may sign up to our free subscription which includes basic betting tips, updates, and educational content at no cost. You can unsubscribe from the free subscription at any time.
The Platform also offers a paid subscription (“Premium”) that provides subscribers with additional content, such as more in-depth betting forecasts, detailed insights, blog posts, and educational materials on smart betting strategies. The specific features and pricing of the Premium subscription are described on our website at the time of purchase.
We strive to keep the Platform available and updated, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Occasional maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control (e.g., internet outages) may temporarily affect availability.
c.Subscribtion terms and payment
c.1 Free trail
We offer a free trial subscription to our Premium subscription of 30 days. If you do not unsubscribe within the free trial period, you will automatically be enrolled in the Premium subscription.
c.2 Subscription Enrollment
To enroll in the Premium subscription (including the free trial), you must create an account on the Platform and provide a valid payment method. The subscription is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred. All information you provide during sign-up must be accurate. Upon successful sign-up, you will be granted immediate access to the Premium content.
c.3 Fees and payment methods
Subscription fees, including any applicable VAT and taxes, are displayed at the checkout.
By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee. Charges will be billed in advance on a monthly basis.
We provide the following payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, Flutterwave, Paystack.
c.4 Automatic Renewal
The subscription is offered on a recurring basis, and it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with section 3.6 of these Terms. We will notify you of the terms of renewal and any changes in price in advance.
c.5 Changes to Fees
We may adjust subscription fees for future periods. Price changes will not affect the current billing period and will only take effect upon renewal. You will be informed in clear terms and have the opportunity to cancel before any price increase applies.
c.6Cancellation of subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the calendar month following the month in which you notify us. For example, if you cancel your subscription on March 10, your subscription will end on April 30. During this notice period, you will continue to have access to the subscription services, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. We will confirm your cancellation and the effective termination date in writing.
To cancel your subscription, you can use the same medium by which you subscribed or follow the instructions under our account settings on the Platform. Upon cancellation, we will send you a confirmation of the end date of your subscription.
d. Termination of your subscription
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and/or access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms, including but not limited to:
Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of the Platform;
Sharing your account or subscription content with others in violation of these Terms;
Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward other users or our staff;
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the Platform or its content;
Using the Platform in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
If we reasonably suspect that you are under 18 years of age.
In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees.
If we terminate your subscription without cause or discontinue the subscription service entirely, we will refund any prepaid amount covering the remainder of your subscription period on a pro rata basis.
e. Right to Withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a subscription agreement within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven).
However, by subscribing to our digital service, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service upon registration and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, cf. Section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. This is because the service consists of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, and delivery begins immediately after subscription.
By completing your subscription, you confirm that:
You request the service to begin immediately.
You understand and accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal is forfeited once the service has commenced.
f. Platform use of conduct
A subscription to the Platform requires you to create an account with a password, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The content provided is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to distribute, share, or resell any subscriber-only content to third parties.
You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or other users. This includes, for example, not attempting to hack the site, not scraping or mining our data without permission, and not using our content in violation of intellectual property rights.
g. Interlectual property rights
All content on the Platform, including forecasts, articles, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by MW or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
As a user, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Any name, logos, or any product/service names are trademarks of MW or third parties, and no right or license is granted for their use. You agree not to use any of these marks without authorization.
h. Limitation of liability
MW will not be liable for any losses or damages you incur as a result of betting or gambling decisions you or any third parties make based on the Platform’s content. This includes any loss of money, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. You fully assume the risk of any bet you place following our forecasts.
To the extent permitted by law, if MW is found liable under these Terms, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us for the subscription in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
MW is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, or for loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.
i. Privacy
We process your personal data when you enter the platform and subscribe to our free or premium subscription services. The purpose of the processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
j. governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the use of the Platform are governed by Danish law (excluding CISG – Convention on Contracts for the international Sales of Goods).
k. Complaints
If you wish to file a complaint, you are welcome to contact us by email at webmaster@mw-market-winners.com. We will do our best to resolve the matter amicably.

l. Changes
We may modify or change these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, our services, or for other operational reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers via email or via a notice on the Platform.
